Easily Connect Adfile to Xero

Adfile has made it super simple to link with Xero. Adfile uses data matching to make sure your income codes and records match your accounting records. If you make a new record in either system simply re-sync your records to update each system, you can also sync customer and supplier records with ease. Adfile also recognises that invoicing a job is not a one size fits all so we have created several ways to invoice your work, from quotes to manual pricing, summary invoices to detailed work records. You have the fexibility to export your data the way you and the client requires it.

Integrating Xero into AdFile makes invoicing super simple, as all the details and account codes are synchronised. No need for re-entering in my jobs each time.

How to integrate Xero

To integrate Adfile into Xero simply login and and navigate to the Account Settings page. At the bottom of the page click the Xero button, then begin the authorisation process. It's just that easy. You can also check out the help videos to guide you through this process in more detail.
